Employee Benefits

As a TempStaff employee, you're eligible for the most competitive benefits package in the area. Here's what we offer:

Pay increases. Based on job performance. Employees also receive bonuses for good attendance and assignment completion.

Referral Bonus. To receive your bonus, all you have to do is refer a friend or family member who works at least 80 hours on TempStaff's payroll.

Vacation bonus. After completing 1,500 payroll hours, you're eligible for an annual $200 bonus, issued at the beginning of each quarter.

Holiday pay. Complete 1,500 payroll hours and you'll receive holiday pay if you work the day before and after any of these holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

401(k).  TempStaff employees who meet the minimum requirements of the plan become eligible to participate in the TempStaff 401(k) program.  This qualified retirement plan encourages employees to prepare for retirement by making pre-tax contributions.  In addition, TempStaff provides a matching contribution based on the percentage the employee defers.

Insurance.  TempStaff offers a full package of affordable health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short term disability and term life.  Offered through Essential StaffCARE and IAG Benefits, enrollment is available during the application process and during open enrollment each April.

Direct deposit. Offered to any employee who has a checking or savings account. For those who don't, we offer the Money Network Pay Card. This allows employees to receive payroll funds where they work.
